Joshua Reynolds oversees Hill & Knowlton’s global technology practice, leading the teams that provide strategic insights, messaging counsel and tactical support for some of the most widely recognized and progressive technology brands in the world. In addition, Joshua partners closely with H&K practitioners from a variety of backgrounds, including digital communications, internal communications, research and creative design to tackle client challenges.

Joshua started at Hill & Knowlton in 1993, providing competitive positioning and messaging services for a wide variety of high-tech vendors. He subsequently founded Hill & Knowlton’s global Analyst Relations network, which has since grown to an international practice of fully dedicated AR professionals.

Immediately prior to joining Hill & Knowlton, Joshua served as Vice President of Client Services at Applied Communications, a high-tech PR firm. He has served as a senior advisor to a variety of technology clients, including BEA, Project Better Place, Borland, Business Objects, Deloitte, eBay, Facebook, First Data, Forrester, Gartner, GSMA, Hewlett-Packard, Hitachi Data Systems, McKesson, McKinsey, Motorola, McAfee, Openwave, Oracle, Panasonic, Qualcomm, SK Telecom, Sony DADC, Symantec, THX, VeriSign, Yahoo! and Xystar.

Joshua began his career in technology as a market analyst with Gartner, covering network software and security researching for and consulting with such corporations as IBM, Microsoft, Symantec and Network Associates.

Joshua is a frequently featured speaker at technology conferences and analyst events, and has also authored several training manuals and articles about tech marketing and analyst relations. He is a Certified Toastmaster and presentation coach. He earned his undergraduate degrees in English and History from UCLA, and holds a minor in Theology from Oxford University.  He earned a law degree from University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
